Our lead time from the time you order to the time you recieve your product vary from location to location.

For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and European Countries, it will take anywhere from 15 to 40 business days.

For Australia and Southeast Asian countries, it will take anywhere from 13 to 36 business days.

We partner with many factories overseas. The bulk of our partnered factories are located in Foshan, Guangzhou, China.

We have exclusive partnerships with overseas factories that manufacture the product for us.

The number of packages depends on the size and quantity of your order. Usually packages ranges from 3 to 8 packages per order.

Your order will come in knocked down packaging (in cartons) and reinforced with wooden frames.

Our furniture are complex, has many parts, with many heavy parts as well. We recommend hiring a professional assembler in your area to help with assembly.

All furniture comes with assembly instructions. Most furniture come with detailed and intuitive assembly instructions while some may only have simple instructions.

Currently, we do not offer White Glove services, but are actively correlating with shipping companies to make that a reality. We are able to help coordinate professional assemblers in your area to help assemble your furniture.

We only are able to do custom orders and colors for with quantities of 10 or more.
