What warranties or assurances do you have?
All our of products come with a year product quality warranty that guarantees you a full refund or replacement if the products you purchased don't meet the quality we promised.
All of our products also hold a shipping warranty that guarantees any replacements of parts that sustains damage during shipping.

How is the quality of your furniture?
We proudly stand by the quality of our furniture. We are aware that some online stores intentionally promote false promises. We take our product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. We take our time to vet every factory we partner with. All factories we partner with will have quality and environmental certification, and over 10 years of manufacturing experience.
Shipping & Handling
What if my item gets damaged during shipping?
When you purchase from us, all of our products come with a full shipping warranty that covers all damages that might be sustained during shipping. We will either send you all replacement parts or a full replacement order depending on the damages sustained. This warranty is automatically comes with every order.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our lead time from the time of purchase to when you receive your product vary from location to location.

Where do you guys make your furniture?
We partner with many factories overseas. The bulk of our partnered factories are located in Foshan, Guangzhou, China.
Do you guys make the furniture yourself or get it from other places?
We have exclusive partnerships with overseas factories that manufacture the product for us.
How many packages are in an order?
The number of packages will depend on the size and quantity of your order. Usually, there will be packages 3 to 8 packages per item.
How will my order get packed?
Your order will come in knocked down packaging (in cartons) and reinforced with wooden frames.
Assembling
Is assembling the furniture difficult?
Our furniture are complex and has many parts. We recommend hiring a professional installer in your area to help with assembly.
Are there assembly instructions included?
Most furniture come with detailed and intuitive assembly instructions while some may only have simple instructions.
Are there White Glove services?
Currently, we do not offer White Glove services
We are actively correlating with shipping companies to make that a reality. We are able to help coordinate professional assemblers in your area to help assemble your furniture.
Customizations
Am I able to order a custom color or a custom feature for a furniture?
We only are able to do custom orders and colors for with quantities of 10 or more.
