Warranty Policy

3. What is Covered

During the Warranty Period, Arcadia Innovations will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product, or part of the product, that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

  • Damage caused by commercial or rental use
  • Fabric wear, fading, or pilling
  • Damage caused by transportation or relocation of the product
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or installation not in accordance with Arcadia Innovations' instructions

5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

b. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, to validate your warranty claim.

c. Evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or documentation to assess the nature of the defect.

d. Resolution: If your claim is approved, Arcadia Innovations will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge. If the original product or part is no longer available, we may substitute a comparable product or part.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arcadia Innovations' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part as provided herein. In no event shall Arcadia Innovations be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
