Shipping Policy

Welcome to Arcadia Innovations LLC's Shipping Policy. This policy outlines important information regarding the shipping of products purchased from Arcadia Innovations ("Arcadia Innovations," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with Arcadia Innovations, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer two shipping methods for all orders, both domestically and internationally:

  • Standard Ground Delivery: $69.99 flat rate
  • Expedited Delivery: $249.99 flat rate

These rates are consistent regardless of the destination.

3. Processing Time

All our products are made to order. The processing time for each order is 10 to 20 business days. This time frame is necessary to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of each item.

Please note: Processing time is the same for everyone and applies uniformly to all orders. It is essential to consider this when planning your purchase.

4. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Once the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped according to the following schedules:

Western United States:

  • Free standard shipping: 15 to 20 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 15 to 20 business days after processing time.

Central United States:

  • Free standard shipping: 25 to 30 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 20 to 25 business days after processing time.

Eastern United States:

  • Free standard shipping: 35 to 40 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 25 to 30 business days after processing time.

Western Canada:

  • Free standard shipping: 15 to 20 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 15 to 20 business days after processing time.

Eastern Canada:

  • Free standard shipping: 35 to 40 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 25 to 30 business days after processing time.

UK and EU countries:

  • Free standard shipping: 15 to 20 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 10 to 15 business days after processing time.

Australia and Southeast Asian countries:

  • Free standard shipping: 10 to 15 business days after processing time.
  • Expedited shipping: 5 to 10 business days after processing time.

5. Shipping Disclosure

Delivery Service:

Both standard and expedited delivery only include door-to-door service. For residential addresses, delivery will be to the front door. For office buildings, apartments, or complexes with multiple buildings, delivery will be to the front entrance. Delivery does not include room of choice, assembly assistance, or unpackaging of wooden frames unless stated otherwise.

Packaging:

All of our packages are reinforced with wooden frames and wooden boxes to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. These wooden frames and boxes may be difficult to remove and require self-maneuvering. This service is not included in the delivery.

Shipping Timeframe:

The stated shipping timeframes only include shipping to the port and do not account for shipping from the port to your door. Shipping from the port to the door will take an additional 9 to 14 business days, contingent upon customs clearance and customs duty.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order and its estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after your order has been shipped.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Arcadia Innovations currently ships to addresses within the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to size, weight, or other limitations.

8. Shipping Damage

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@arcadiafurnishing.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation for inspection by the shipping carrier.

9. Shipping Updates

Arcadia Innovations may provide updates regarding the status of your order and any shipping delays via email or through your online account. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive important notifications regarding your order.
