What are the requirements to become an Arcadia Trade program member?

Requirements vary based on the classification of your business.

All who apply to become an Arcadia Trade program member must have a business and provide an EIN.

Supplier Requirements:

  • Proof of manufacturing plant.
  • Proof of quality certification (e.g. ISO9001).
  • Proof of assembly instructions.
  • Proof of (un)loading dock.

Distributor Requirements:

  • Proof of Organization: (e.g. EIN).
  • At least 1 physical location located within country of origin.
  • Resale Certification.
  • Means to receive container shipments.

Designers and Other Professionals:

  • Proof of Organization: ASID, AIA, IDC or Interior Design Certification (i.e. NCIDQ, CCIDC).
  • Resale Certification: Resale or Sales Tax Certificate and completed W9 form.
Who can apply for a trade account?

Our Trade program is for interior designers, architects, set designers, stagers, home developers, dealers, and other professionals in the office furniture industry. You can request to apply for a trade discount using the contact form below or directly email us at trade@arcadiafurnishing.com.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of trade account you apply for.

For Designers and Other Professionals:

  • There is no minimum order quantity required, though there may be additional discounts for bulk purchases.

For Distributors:

  • Minimum order quantity of 1 container.
How do I place an order?

After applying for our trade program, our team member will review your application. Once approved, our team member will communicate with you through email to set up any orders. We will first provide a quotation, which includes pricing and lead time, for your requested items. Once confirmed by you, we will send over an invoice and payment link for you to continue with this transaction.

Do you offer samples?

Complimentary samples are exclusively available to trade members. You can order samples for most of our products through our email at trade@arcadiafurnishing.com.

Please note that natural nuances in the grain and texture of wood are expected. Some samples may not fully look the same as the wood used in final pieces.
