Things to do before assembling your furniture

When you have unpackaged your order, make to check for any shipping damages or product flaws. While we do our best to ensure that your furniture is safe during shipping, sometimes mishaps do happen. If you notice that there are damages, please stop what you are doing, take photos of the damages from multiple angles, and contact us through email.

Ways to assemble your furniture

After making sure that the furniture you ordered is as expected and received no damages, there are multiple ways for you to go about assembling your furniture.

Route 1: Hiring a professional to assemble the furniture for you.

Since we partner with multiple factories, some factories only contain simple instructions that may be confusing for people who aren't experienced in assembling furniture. If this is the case, we recommend contacting a local freelancer or contractor to come and assemble the furniture for you. This is the most cost effective way and assemblies usually range from $100 to $500 depending on the complexity and quantity of furniture that you need assembled.

Route 2: Contacting us to coordinate a professional to assemble the furniture for you.

If you don't know or want to assemble your furniture, and don't have confidence in reaching out to local professionals, then we can do it for you. We will vet and contact a professional near you and appoint a time for them to come. After, we will charge you an invoice of what they charged us. We ensure that whoever we work with will have the upmost professionalism. Your assembly will be backed by our team. If you have any concerns with who we appointed, please reach out to us via. email.

Route 3: Assembling the furniture yourself.

Though assembling furniture, especially for furniture like ours, is complex, some may be handy and is willing to undertake the task. Most furniture have intuitive assembly instructions, but some only have simple instructions. We recommend at least partitioning at least 4 hours and 2 people to assemble the furniture.
